Send drawings

You get a design review.

What you send. The drawing set at any stage, from concept to construction documents, for a project anywhere in the US. Add specs, narratives and the geotechnical report if you have them.

What comes back. A written review that calls out the design items that matter most before pricing, each with the sheet it's on.

A budget, if you want one. For projects in Indiana and the Research Triangle, check the box on the form and we'll add a conceptual budget. The known work is priced to plus or minus 5 percent. The big unknowns are priced as their own lines, outside the target.

Your design team stays in charge. The review supports the architect and engineers of record. It doesn't replace them.
